Drugs Worth ₹1.50 Crore Seized in Two Separate Operations by Cachar Police.

Silchar, March 3: In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, Cachar Police successfully intercepted two vehicles and recovered 310 grams of heroin in a source-based operation. The seized contraband is estimated to be worth ₹1.50 crore in the illegal market.

Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma lauded the efforts of the Cachar Police and Assam Police in their relentless fight against drug trafficking. Sharing the update on social media, the Chief Minister praised the swift and effective action taken by the law enforcement agencies under the #AssamAgainstDrugs campaign.
