Assam University Reschedules Postponed FYUG Exams to 16th & 18th June

Silchar, June 10: Assam University, Silchar has officially rescheduled the postponed FYUG Even Semester Examinations (2025) originally set for 2nd and 3rd June. As per a new notification issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, the revised exam dates are now fixed for 16th and 18th June 2025.

According to the updated schedule:

• On 16th June 2025, FYUG DSC 151 (Arts) will be held in the morning shift (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM), while FYUG DSC 151 for Science, Commerce, BBA, BCA, and B.Voc streams will be conducted in the afternoon shift (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM).
• On 18th June 2025, FYUG DSC 251 (Arts) will be held in the morning shift, followed by FYUG DSC 251 for Science, Commerce, BBA, BCA, and B.Voc in the afternoon.

The notification further clarifies that students of Statistics, Mathematics, Anthropology, Economics, Geography, and Mass Communication should appear for their exams along with their respective stream-wise groups as per this revised schedule.

This decision has been taken with the approval of the Vice-Chancellor of Assam University. Principals of all affiliated and permitted degree colleges have been instructed to take note and ensure smooth conduct of the rescheduled examinations.
