Joint Training Session Held in Silchar for Panchayat Election 2025 Preparedness

Silchar, April 30: A joint training session for Civil and Police Zonal and Sector Officers was conducted today at the ISTT campus in Silchar, ahead of the forthcoming Panchayat Election 2025. The session was aimed at ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to election duties by both civil and police administrations.

The training was attended by the District Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, Election Observers, and other senior officials. During the session, officers were briefed on their roles, responsibilities, and standard protocols to be followed during the election process.

The event concluded with a foundational training segment conducted by designated master trainers. This phase of the session focused on operational readiness and best practices to facilitate the smooth and efficient conduct of the elections.
