NCC and Assam University Strengthen Ties Through Leadership-Focused Meeting

Silchar | April 5, 2025: A meaningful interaction took place between the Commanding Officer (CO), 3 Assam Battalion NCC, Silchar and Prof. Rajive Mohan Pant, the Vice Chancellor of Assam University, aiming to strengthen youth leadership and development initiatives.

The meeting focused on collaborative strategies to foster discipline, patriotism, and leadership qualities among young cadets through enhanced NCC activities on campus. Officers from the Battalion also engaged with Care-Taking Officers (CTOs) — Dr. Sangharsh Mishra and Dr. Joyashree Dey — to discuss ongoing training programs and development opportunities for cadets.
