Shuktara Foundation Completes First Phase of Winter Relief Distribution

Kaushik Talukdar, 09th Dec, 2025: In a continued effort to support the underprivileged during the harsh winter months, Shuktara Foundation successfully completed the first phase of its winter relief programme today by distributing a total of 15 blankets to economically vulnerable and distressed individuals.

The initiative, undertaken as part of the Foundation’s larger winter assistance mission, aims to extend warmth and comfort to families struggling to cope with the cold season. According to the organisers, this opening phase marks the beginning of a series of humanitarian activities scheduled for the coming weeks.

The distribution programme was conducted in the presence of Foundation President Nandalal Dutta, Secretary Nilay Paul, Joint Organising Secretary Debashis Kar, Treasurer Sanjay Dey, and several other active members of the organisation.

Speaking on the occasion, representatives of Shuktara Foundation reiterated their commitment to standing beside the marginalized communities and assured that more such welfare-driven initiatives will follow. The Foundation has also appealed to the general public for cooperation and support so that these service-oriented efforts can be expanded further and reach a larger number of people in need.
