ASSAM RIFLES CELEBRATES TEACHER’S DAY IN JIRIBAM AND TAMENGLONG DISTRICTS

Jiribam: Assam Rifles celebrated Teacher’s Day with great enthusiasm in Kadamtala, New Kaiphundai and Oinamlong in Jiribam and Tamenglong districts of Manipur. The event aimed to recognize and appreciate the tireless efforts of teachers in shaping the future of the nation.

The ceremony began with the felicitation of teachers, where they were honoured and presented with mementos and certificates of appreciation for their outstanding contributions.

A tree plantation drive was also organised at Oinamlong, symbolising the growth and development of students under the guidance of their teachers. During the event, speeches were delivered highlighting the importance of teachers in building and nurturing the future of the nation.
