ASSAM RIFLES ORGANISES WEAPON DISPLAY AT HQ IGAR (EAST), SRIKONA
Assam Rifles organised a weapon display for students of Holy Flower Senior Secondary School, Katigorah, Cachar at HQ IGAR (EAST), Srikona, inspiring young minds to join the armed forces. The event saw participation from 132 students and 10 teachers who got a firsthand experience of infantry weapons.
The display aimed to motivate youth towards a career in the armed forces, fostering patriotism and national pride. Students interacted with soldiers, learning about the history and significance of the displayed weapons and were encouraged to join uniformed services.
The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with Children enthusiastically participating in the interactive sessions. The Assam Rifles team shared insights into the country’s rich heritage and the importance of serving the nation, leaving a lasting impact on the young minds. The initiative has received appreciation for promoting national integration and motivating youth.
