Assam Rifles Pays Tribute to Martyred Rifleman Surendar Lal Arya in Manipur.

Sehlon, Manipur – Assam Rifles organized a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at Sehlon in Chandel district to honor the supreme sacrifice of Rifleman (Late) Surendar Lal Arya. Arya laid down his life in 1995 during an intense counter-insurgency operation in Silchar, Assam.

The ceremony was attended by officers, jawans, and local dignitaries who paid their respects to the braveheart. Assam Rifles continues to uphold its commitment to honoring the sacrifices of its personnel who dedicated their lives to the nation’s security.
