Subhash Choudhury has filed a formal complaint with Kerala Police against Sadman Shahoriar, a Bangladeshi student at NIT Calicut, for mocking the Pahalgam terrorist attack on Facebook. The complaint cites violations of the Foreigners Act 1946, which restricts foreign nationals from engaging in political activities in India. Choudhury has called for immediate legal action from Assam Police and the state’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma.
